患难见真情, 我终于体会到了。 感动也很感激。谢谢这位友善的姑娘。

Sometimes life is not always smooth and sailing, there tends to be some little things that makes one difficult. Money can be life's most wanted item, and seriously, it is hard to earn. In singapore for instance, a salary of just 1k will never bring you far. Taking into considerations of all the expenses, what you are left with is just a handful of notes left. Transport and food expenses really kill. How much I wish life is good with a good salary.

Tonight, I was getting my dinner at a local foodcourt. Normally, when I see the price below $4, I will just order if I'd like to try or eat. As usual, I ordered a $3.80 laksa. It only reminds me that I am only left with $3 in my whole wallet. I couldn't afford.

I asked the auntie to hold on while I go withdraw but she immediately said, "nevermind, finish my laksa first otherwise it's going to cool and taste not as delicious," and added, "return me any other time." At that instant moment, I felt so touched. It was totally not that I've expected. She trust me without questioning me how much I've got with me.

80 cents is still a sum. In business, I believed money owed must be returned. I do not wish to take long trips down to the east which takes me around 1-- 11/2 hrs to get there. I finally see my colleague who works for another brand to knock off from work. When I asked her to lend me the 80 cents, she immediately gave me the coins, and waited for me while I returned them to the stallholder. She treated me as though I am a brother of hers. She showed concern regarding whether I'm in a difficult situation, and wanted to give me a 10 dollar note for me to travel home. I rejected at once. I couldn't accept it afterall I can withdraw cash. She finally kept her money.

All I want to say is thank you very much.
